Over 35% of banks now exclusively use blockchain ledgers to record transactions. Blockchain is very different than a database like “Check-Systems”. You can no longer access solely traditional sources to find all accounts and associated history. Blockchain tracking has stumped many asset search companies out there, but not us. To locate accounts and information about them using blockchain, you need to collect the data since the first transactions on the platform that started it. Our Asset Search Specialists use one of the largest blockchain transaction ledgers in existence on multiple platforms including IBM, Chain, Eris, Intel and more. This ledger was started in 2014 when widespread blockchain ledger use in the banking industry began. Traditional bank locates are obtained from the data requests sent to the "middlemen" in individual banking institutions that process transactions. However, banks using blockchain cut out the middlemen which causes those bank accounts to be missed.

To sum it up, the only way to have an accurate blockchain ledger is to maintain a complete history of transactions and follow the ledger sequentially. Without this type of ledger, locating account information is next to impossible. This technology has already advanced beyond the capabilities of entities that did not start their ledger from the beginning.
